더불어민주당이 이재명 대표의 ‘대북송금 의혹’을 수사하는 이정섭 수원지검 2차장 등 검사 2명에 대한 탄핵을 추진한 데 이어 12일 김건희 여사의 ‘주가조작 연루 의혹’ 수사검사의 실명과 얼굴을 공개했다. 전날엔 ‘양평 공흥지구 개발 의혹’과 관련,검사탄핵안이어야당이번엔검사좌표찍기 김 여사의 오빠를 기소한 검사의 얼굴을 공개했다. 개별 검사에 대한 공격이 도를 넘고 있는 것이다. 법조계에선 “민주당이 헌법재판소가 결국 각하했던 임성근 전 부장판사 탄핵소추에 이어 검사 개개인에 대한 ‘정치 탄핵’을 남발하며 형사사법시스템 전반을 뒤흔들고 있다”란 비판도 나온다.

민주당 검찰독재정치탄압대책위원회는 이날 입장문을 통해 “노골적인 봐주기 수사로 김건희 여사를 대한민국의 치외법권으로 만든 주역이 친윤(親尹·친윤석열) 사단 김영철 검사”라며 김영철 대검찰청 반부패1과장의 사진을 공개했다.

김 검사는 지난해 7월부터 1년여간 서울중앙지검 반부패수사2부장으로 근무하면서 도이치모터스 주가조작 사건 수사를 총괄했다.
